Hi, I’m Lachie Richards. 

Real estate has been in my blood from day one. My late father was a property developer, so I grew up on building sites and open homes. I’ve always had a love for property, but just as much, I’ve had a love for people.

After a few great years slinging toasties at Toastie Lords (and eating my fair share of them along the way), I realised it was time for a new pace, something that brought me back to my roots. That’s when I decided to turn my attention to real estate and reconnect with what I’ve always been passionate about.

Now, I’m proud to be joining the team at Summit Picton, a group that shares my enthusiasm for community, property, and doing things the right way. I adore this town, it’s not just where I live, it’s where I feel most myself and I’m incredibly excited to help others find their place here too. I’m looking forward to meeting more of the locals, having some great chats, and helping people make moves that feel right for them.
